Delicious, seasonal and pretty. Three things that add up to the perfect appetizer for your Holiday gatherings. Not to mention it’s super easy. I do recommend using a “Brie baker” or small ceramic baking dish (it also makes serving as easy as placing the dish on the table.)
Cranberry Baked Brie
Ingredients1 small wheel of Brie or Camembert (about 9 ounces) 1/2 cup fresh cranberries Honey
Preheat oven (or toaster oven even) to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place Brie in baker/baking dish and top with cranberries. Bake until softened 15-20 minutes. The cranberries will pop and start to get juicy. After you remove the Brie from the oven, drizzle with a little honey. Serve with your favorite crackers and some apple slices.
